loud noises when printing diagonally

Hello, I have a strange problem with an MK3S+:It prints a "pattern" diagonally on the surface. It looks like there are gaps between the lines.
The picture shows a comparison with a housing cover (left) of this printer and one printed on another printer (right).
It also makes strange, loud noises when printing diagonally.

I can rule out an error in the settings or during slicing. I have several absolutely identical printers and only one has the problem with all prints.

As I suspect a mechanical problem, I have already checked all the axes and motors for tightness and re-greased them. I have also replaced the bearings on the print bed and checked the belt tension and replaced the nozzle and cleaned the extruder. Nothing has helped. 🙁
'Has anyone had this problem before and can help me? Thank you!
