Just upgraded to 3.5 and printer no longer shows on OctoPrint system

I just upgraded my MK3S+ to a MK3.5. I've been controlling it with OctoPi running on a Pi Zero 2 W for a while. After I got it upgraded, I pulled a USB A to C cable out from another use (in other words, the cable was in use and working) and plugged the C end into my Prusa. I plugged the A end into an adaptor to go from the USB B-micro connection on the Pi to the A on the cable end. As mentioned, the cable has worked with other devices and the adaptor I'm using has worked with other devices.

It's not that OctoPrint doesn't see the Prusa 3.5. There's no new tty device in /dev that's showing up. I use ssh and check for all the tty devices ("ls /dev/tty*") when I boot the Pi and have not connected my printer. Then I connect and use the same command. No new tty devices, even when I wait 10 minutes and check again. Is there a setting I need to turn on within the printer to enable the USB port on the xBuddy box?

This would seem to me to be a cable issue if this cable were not working in another connection.

It was the cable. I didn't think it could be because it worked with another device, but I went out and bought another cable and it works fine.
