Heatbed heat test calibration failure

All other hardware passes just fine, first layer calibration is great. But the heatbed just doesn't get up to 110c as fast as expected, which results in a failure. This is with the new heatbed from Prusa, and everything is installed correctly. Any idea on what may be causing this?

Thanks!

Is the power supply voltage good?
Low voltage would cause slower heating

Seems to be totally fine. It *is* the silver PSU, though.

RE: Heatbed heat test calibration failure

Are sll of your heatbed connections tight?
does your heatbed have screw terminals at the heatbed end of the power wires?
If it does, do you have the washers in the correct positions?

If the washers are in the wrong position you will get a high resistance connection

also check that the Thermistor, is securely attached to the underside of the heatbed, if it is loose it will falsely report low temperatures.

on the Mk1 printer, many years ago,  I Adjusted the voltage a little  using the small variable resistor on the Power supply printed circuit board. IIRC I raised the voltage at that time to 13.8 volts because the heatbed could not reach ABS temperatures  a slightly higher  voltage may help you reach temperature, Faster

My mk3.9 also has a silver PSU.
