MKS3.5 to MMU3. Excellent upgrade... Then I printed a tall print
I built this gorgeous beauty from the remains of a total destroyed MKS3+ I got off ebay and a new MMU3 kit from Prusa.
Everything went great and I have printed several short under 10mm prints. The MMU3 works well and the prints looked great.
Then I printed two tall items at 50 and 75 mm. They were tilted forward. I made a test tower and it did the same.
When the parts donor MK3S+ arrived and I say totally destroyed it was. The right lead screw was bent, all plastic broke.
Troubleshooting my Blue MMU3: removing Z mods, calipers, level, and square revealed the problem. The main frame was also bent on the rignt side.
Dang. Well looks like a new frame to order.
