In practice, how much faster after the upgrade to MK3.5?

Hello, I am using MK3S+ with Revo 6. When the MK4, MK3.5 and MK3.9 were released, I read that they increased the print speed significantly without affecting the print quality due to Input Shaper. However, some earlier users who owned these reported that the speed increase was not that great. I think it was like 10-20% if I recall correctly. So what is the latest development? Is it worth doing the upgrade to MK3.5?

Knocked about 20-25% off my prints. Will keep playing though.

I finished my 3.5 upgrade last night.  Today I loaded a few parts into the slice to see what the new time is.  One part that took 18 hours on the MK3S+ shows 13h30m (25% faster) in the upgrade.  Another part that was 2h37m shows 1h44 min (33%).  I'm going to run the smaller part tomorrow and see how accurate the estimated time is.  I will add more information based on experience as I begin printing on the new upgrade.

Note: The upgrade was not difficult and took about 4 hours.  2.5 hours is definitely flying.

It really depends on the size of the part and your settings. I did some tests on 2 newly upgrade mk3.5's against a mk3s+ and saw more than a 50% reduction in print time with similar quality results. I made time lapse video of the test that you can see here,

Not knowing any better, I poked my way through the LCD menus and found "Print Speed 100%", selected that, upped it to 200%, made some other changes* and started printing! This yielded some fabulous prints, large and small.

*I also increased the nozzle temperature 30 degrees. My first print was a bridging tower with varying temps, and I was concerned that a 2X print speed would require lower viscosity extrusion...this seems like a good call and the bridging tower mostly confirmed it.

Now I am wondering what kind of trouble I have created for myself. So far so good, but what goblins are hiding in there waiting to strike?
