White smoke

Hello there

I have a problem with my printer. White smoke comes out from the hotend? Maybe. I change everything to sure. Hotend, nozzle, thermistor, cartridge heater, ptfe tube.

As result?! The same thing. White smoke and smell.

Any thoughts?!

RE: White smoke

White steam alone - humidity, need to dry filament.

But smell? Depends. There might be some issue with temperature sensing but moisture is a very common issue, because unintuitive in many ways e.g. when you open a sealed bag with a new spool, it is not necessarily dry.

We'll just put some bleachers out in the sun-And have it on Highway 61

RE: White smoke

would need more information. It could be what @mnentwig mentioned but I would also suggest reaching out to support so they can go over things with you to get to the bottom of it.

RE:

I try support...they told me that is the thermistor. I Change it and I have the same issue.

I am thinking that maybe I overtight the screw. I don't that I make wrong.

Next move is to take a thermometer gun to see if the temperature is +- ok.

Another idea is that the thermistor goes very high and the plastic tube inside the block melts.

is brand new so I didn't use filament...so is moisture.
