Wiping with Sequential Printing?

I'm sorry if this has been posted before, our workplace has recently purchased a new MK4S printer with the MMU3 and I've been trying to learn how best to use it. We've recently started printing multiple objects at the same time (4 small elephants, for example) and set each one to use a different extruder/color. We quickly realized turning on 'Complete Individual Objects' under Sequential Printing would save us a lot of time, but this took away the ability to use the Wipe Tower, and we didn't want the filament colors blurring together. I thought that a good solution would be to create a 5th object (cube in this case) and set it as the 'wipe object' by doing Right-Click -> Wipe Options -> checking 'Wipe Into This Object', but the printer did not treat it as a 'wipe object'; it swapped filament and moved onto the next elephant without any wiping.

Is there something I'm missing? Is there a straightforward way for PrusaSlicer to print 1 object, change filament, wipe/extrude the previous filament, and move on to the next object, while sequential printing is enabled? Any help is greatly appreciated

Just like the wipe tower wipe into object only works when printing everything together; as soon as you begin sequential printing that object becomes another item to print, complete, and then move on.

You might try creating a small purge object between each of your prints - just a couple of first-layer lines - and arrange the object list and assign extruders accordingly.

Cheerio,
