Single Color Gcode with MMU3?
Hello,
I have several MK4 printers, one of which has MMU3.
Question: Can I print the single-color gcodes that I created with an MK4 profile also on the printer with MMU3?
It didn't work in a test; no filament was fed in.
Is there a way to preload the selected filament, for example?
Or do you have to create the gcode with the MMU3 print profile?

RE:
MK4S gcoded files will work fine on a MK4S/MMU3. In fact, it’s nicer because the printer will ask which filament you want to use, otherwise it defaults to filament 1 on startup. I would assume the MK4 does the same…

RE: Single Color Gcode with MMU3?
As LarGriff stated, the non-MMU3 gcode works just fine on a MMU3 MK4S. I actually have two MK3.9S's, one with a MMU3. (The 3.9 functions exactly the same as a MK4S .) What should happen is the printer will alert you that the model was sliced for a "different" machine (a non-MMU3 machine) and would you like to continue. You would answer yes and then the LCD should show a graphic which allows you to choose which "color" you would like to use, one through five. Make your choice, confirm and away you go.
