Colors not changing! Why?
I have the MMU3 installed on mk3s+. I confirmed it is able to load and unload filament, so not a problem.
The problem is the slicer shows the color change but the gcode never changes the color. I get an all blue block instead of a blue with white on top.
Attached is the 3mf. I get "G-code associated with this tick mark is in a conflict with print mode" What am i supposed to do here?

you have to ZIP compress the .3mf file and attach the ZIPFile.

First problem was, for some reason, my 2.8.1 prusa slicer was not generating the gcode for the change. It was giving me the error in my question. I worked with support and finally we decided to try reinstall prusa slicer. That problem then went away.
The second issue was octoprint was telling me T1 not found. That is because you need to tell it that it has 5 colors on one nozzle: https://community.octoprint.org/t/octoprint-and-mks3-with-mmu3/56731/2
I was trying to use T0, ( apparently the default for single color) and T1 for a 2 color print.
I did these steps and now it was changing for a small test print finally. It gets confusing because you can change color by layer height, and by painting. Either one should work after this fix. Trying a bigger print now.
You can change color by painting but also by layer height. There are 2 ways i know of to do by layer height, but the way i confirm before trying is search for T0 or T1 in the gcode before trying.
