Multiple consecutive filament load errors - Not even using MMU3!

I keep getting this on my Mk3.5s with an MMU3:

This happens even with my MMU3 disabled and I have not used it in almost a year (humidity is creating serious issues with trying to thread filaments).

I recently updated my printer firmware to 6.5.3 and had some issues with updating the MMU3, and asked for help here. The issue turned out to be that when I was using PrusaSlicer to update the MMU3, it would only see the MMU3 during the reboot process. I tried a lot of USB cables (that's a known issue!) and PrusaSlicer ONLY saw the MMU3 when it was disabled in the firmware and I enabled it. I had tried resetting the MMU multiple times, but that never worked. (I also had to fight the printer, which kept disabling the MMU3 because the firmware version didn't match - I'm not sure how I was supposed to get compatible version loaded if I couldn't enable it!)

Because of this issue, the MMU3 had been turned on and off multiple times during the process. There was NO filament in it - not from the 5 feed in lines, or on the feed to the print head. No filament, nothing. Nothing for it to load.

I finally got the MMU3 flashed and updated to 6.0.4. Then, since I won't be using it for a while, I disabled it.

And I still keep seeing this continuously on my printer control panel.

The best I can figure out is that the multiple restarts were read by the software as multiple reloads, but nothing was loaded or reloaded.

The QR code takes me to the Prusa 3D site, not to any specific page for help. The url listed in the image does provide information and says that if you get this error to go back to the IR sensor calibration routine. I really don't want to do that. One reason is the time it'll take, another is because the MMU3 has been a nightmare since Day 1, with issues the MMU3. I know a lot of them come down to threading and filament issues due to humidity (never had those with just the print head itself, but ran into them a lot with the MMU3).  With that in mind, one reason I don't want to have to recalibrate or adjust anything in the MMU is because I don't want to deal with feeding more filament through it until I get my cabinet set up and can control the humidity for filament storage and printing.

And what surprises me is that the MMU is disabled, and I *still* keep getting this message.

What do I need to do to fix this?

RE: Multiple consecutive filament load errors - Not even using MMU3!

I would send a question or chat with Prusa support.   I have never seen that error before.

The other idea is a factory reset.  If you don't care about keeping the print hours and similar data, you could reset to factory defaults.  You would have to redo your settings and go through the calibration again.
