Filament won’t unload fully
I printed using two colors and during retraction, filament is getting stuck during homing. Excess filament jams the homing and its gets pulled out. It doesn’t cut the filament. I have to pull the jammed filament and recut the filament. I have an mk4 with mmu3. It has latest firmware and I’m using new filament from Sunlu. It’s PLA. What could be causing this? Is it the blade not cutting the tip? Or is there a problem buffer not pulling the excess out?
