Filament Jamming Between MMU3 and Extruder at First Bowden Coupling During Colour Changeover.
I have had my MMU3 for about 4 weeks now and have been through every issue in the book from firmware problems to the nozzle colliding with the wipe tower. One of the issues I am experiencing is the filament jams at the first Bowden connector during filament changeover and I get the characteristic chattering noise from the unit. The jam is corrected by loosening this connector and manually feeding the filament down the PFTE tube into the Nextruder and then reattaching the Bowden connector to the MMU unit. I have noticed that the ends of the filaments are flat when coming out of the Nextruder. I am using Prusament PLA with the standard PrusaSlicer settings. Any ideas?

Newbie error, the front cover on the selector assembly was installed upside down. Working like a dream now.
