Extruding malfunction after the first layer.

So i have just bought an mmu3 kit and assembled it. I'have calibrated both sensor FINDA and the chimney Filament Sensor (mk3.5). Preloading to mmu works just fine. Also loading to nozzle (first layer calibration). Now i wanted to print 2 cubes with different colors. The first layer works just fine. But on the second layer the filament loads to the extruder gears. But no plastic extrudes. I also hear the extruder gears skipping. But i don't know why this miracle shows up on the second layer?

I have used relativly new Prusament PLA role  and a new role of Bambu Lab PLA. Does someone also have this problem?

Things i checket already:

- Disassembled the extruder and the hotend. (Found dirty gears and some old plastic bits. Cleaned it and still the same problem.)

- sliced a new gcode

- checked friction of the roles (seams just fine)

- nozzle & hotend aren't clogged because i can calibrate the first layer just fine.

Also i don't know if this is normal but when the purge-tower is printed it seams a bit strange. The printer prints but no filament gets extruded? (happened on the first layer) is this normal?

Hardware used: Pursa mk 3.5, mmu3 with all original parts.

Hope someone can help me/has the same problem.
