Coreboxx won't consistantly load into mmu3...

Most of the time if I pick a short piece of filament and manually feed it into the mmu3 (any 1-5), it almost always loads fine. Almost none of the time will the filament load through the PTFE into the mmu3. Could itbe the ptfe isn't straight enough? A lot of the time it just curls up and misses theload completely...and this is with all 5 different fialaments. No one else seems to have this problem that has a coreboxx (at least that I could find on Discord). Any suggestions? I've been working on this daily for a week now and it's always hit and miss...

In coreboxx build manual, it said to resuse what came with the mmu3...not sure the size. Also, just this second!! (lol) I tried a different fialment and it seems to wrok on slot one now. What I can't figure out, there are a total of 5 different filaments all from different manufacturers, and they all fail at any given time. I've dried all the filaments in case that made a difference.
