Sorry to bug forum folks with this, but after my n-th time waiting on the LiveChat for half an hour or more to ask a simple support question, and not finding any contact info OTHER than the LiveChat, I gotta seek a higher power.
Does anyone have an email address for Prusa Customer Support ?

For the next poor soul who sees this thread, the info I got from the LiveChat agent was that the only email address is [email protected] (confirming @hello's answer - there's nothing else).
@jakub-dolezal, if you monitor this forum, a paid tier of support could be a good way to both subsidize additional support agents, and provide a much-needed service to an expanding customer base.

It can be worth trying chat at different times - as the world turns there are spikes and troughs in traffic so the wait can vary.
