Same trouble with the MMU for 3 revisions and litteral years.

Feel free to ignore this, because I do not expect any actual answer, but I'll be happy to receive one non the less.
Since the very first release of the MMU, there has always been the same issue with the filament path being not constrained enough, and inserting filament being a pain. Problems with loading and unloading filament are inevitable.
Three revisions and litterally years later, same problem.
If you can't manage to bend the filament 100% straight, you can forget to insert it.
and even if you manage that it is still a pain and catches before it even gets to the idler.
Prusa is aware that the Filament is delivered on Spools. right? As in: wound up, in a circular way, on those spools? Yes?
Each and every time, the community fixes various filament path problems, missalignments, spots where it can catch.
WHY?
WHY, do we have these issues year after year, revision after revision.
