MMU3 but just want to reverse without for single use possible?

I got the MMU3 and I''m in the process of installing it
I got a MK3s+ with MMU3 in the future.
My prusa has served me well with single material use, and I wanted to do MM. But if by any chance I want to load as example just a single roll of TPU without using the MMU3 is there a quick way to do it as like original without the MMU to load the filament?
I hope my question can be understood

Yes you can, you can disable MMU3 in the settings and unplug bowden tube from extruder to insert filament as MMU isn't there.
But in my case I don't need to do this, MMU is working fine with TPU when printing in single mode so I keep it enabled

Thank you for letting me know as I said I still need to finish assembly and setup that gives me peace of mind 🙂
