MK4S/MMU3 Print Issues

I've been trying to print these couple of parts for days now and it keeps failing!  Some of it was my fault, I tried the No Sparse Layers, but it would always hit somewhere.  Most of the issues seem to start with the purge tower.  The pic is from my last attempt.  The extruder seems to get hung up and looses position after this happens.  I'm trying to use different material for the support interface.  I've tried both PETG with PLA interface and now I'm trying ASA with PETG interface.  I've gotten the same issues with both.  Attached is my 3MF file for it.

Thanks for any help/suggestions.

I've noticed that the nozzle is also dragging over previous lines in the purge tower.  As it's purging it's chattering the print head over them.  I'm not sure if it's printing in the wrong area or is too low.

Here's a short video of what's happening.

Does it happen when printing just one material (ir not mixing materials)?

Remember PLA and PETG do not stick together very well, if at all.

I haven't had it happen when using the same materials, no. I'm sure it has to do with them not adhearing to each other but I've been able to do it before and lots of people have and do. I even deleted my presets and reinstalled them, thinking maybe something got messed up.
