The MMU cut the end of filament, but where the little cuts going ?

Correct me if the MMU3 differs in any way but with the MMU2 the filament is not really cut by the blade. That's not what it is there fore. It's job is to cut strings extend beyond the tip if they are there. For reliable operation of the MMU however it is best not to have such strings in the first place. I actually removed the blade entirely from MMU (at least for some time, not even sure if it is currently on or not) because it caused more troubles than what its worth.
If anything is cut, it falls into the backet like area below. It is rather hard to get stuff out from it unless you manage to turne the MMU (with or without printer) upside down.
