Change the filament used for support? Default is filament1 and this is not possible to change?
Sounds like we can not change the support filament in PrusSlicer and it take the filament1 by default?
Is there is any hidden option to change to another one?

The option is not hidden, you find it in the print settings under multiple extruders as shown in the attached picture
RE: Change the filament used for support? Default is filament1 and this is not possible to change?
I wanted to print a part with a bridge, and I wanted the bridge surface to be nice, because it would be pressed against a machined aluminium part,
I didn't have any soluble filament, or scaffold filament, so I chose to use PLA as a support for PETG
the MMU3 has one nozzle for all filaments so there is a possibility of filament contamination,
SO I chose to make only the support interface from PLA, to minimise the chances of PLA weakening the inter layer bonding on the PETG part (It should be Black, but I have made it Grey, so that you can see more detail
Here is the project file, Bipod Brace2 Support interface Filament 2
And below you can see the single line of interface filament (the under bridge infill popped out easily when flexed)
Just in case you wanted all of the support to be a different filament, the project file here causes all of the support to be filament 2
Bipod Brace2 full support fil2 Whole Support Filament 2
which would look like this...
I have not attempted to print this version, because in addition to possibly contaminating the PETG, lots of filament changes, slows the print time down.

Printing PLA and PETG at the same time? See the Guide for MultiMaterialSupports ----- Ejecting Buffer cassettes is not satisfying? May the Fork be with you!

How did you manage to use another filament fr the support? I can not see any option to do so...
RE:
I just found the option in PrusaSlicer, not so easy to understand as Extruder for me is a bit different than Another filament.
