Print the parts with NGen?
I have unopened Prusa NGEN roll. Can I print the mmu3 parts with that or does it gave to be PETG ?

I saw someone on Reddit had a problem with the MMU3 operating with ASA parts. They reprinted PETG parts and it worked. So I'd say try PETG first, make sure no issues, then only after you've verified it works try printing in other materials. That way, should any issues pop up, you know it's the other material and not some first time use error.
