New MK4 Build - Use the MMU3 Nextruder parts first?
Heya, folks! This may be a quick answer I may already know, but I figure I'd confirm..
I bought the whole kit, MK4 and MMU3.. I'm putting together the MK4's Nextruder now, and there's the new idler lever set that came with the MMU3 kit.
I'd like to assemble the MK4 and get it working before dealing with the MMU, but should I just use the new parts anyway, or will there be issues since I'm not using the MMU yet?
Thanks!
RE: New MK4 Build - Use the MMU3 Nextruder parts first?
My advice would be use the stock parts first, make sure everything is working, then swap in the MMU parts. I imagine the calibration when you first turn on the printer assumes you're using the stock Nextruder and I'm not sure if having the modified Nextruder would affect that.

I would build it stock and then make sure it works perfectly before adding the MMU3 to the mix.
