MMU3 not communicating with MK4S? (From kit.)
While following the instructions, on Section 10, step 18: superFINDA calibration, I noticed that the footer sensor wasn't reflecting the status of the FINDA sensor. Thinking nothing of it, I moved onwards until I reached Section 11, step 4: preloading filament to MMU, where I noticed that I couldn't select the filament menu to preform the preload procedure. So I did it manually, using the MMU itself. I then got to step 7, and noticed that I also didn't have the loading test under my control menu. I still went ahead, and attempted to to a test print. I was then greeted with an error menu that stated that the printer was missing the module entirely. Checking the version info menu, I found that, indeed, it labeled the MMU serial # as N/A. It powers on, does the calibration routine, I updated both the MK4S and MMU3 to the latest firmwares per assembly instructions, but for some reason they aren't communicating with each other? What's going on here?

Talked with tech support for about and hour and a half. They couldn't find what was going on, so until proven otherwise, this was a hardware issue. I'll likely be getting replacement circuit boards.
