MK3S/MMU2->MK4/MMU3 issues

I recently upgraded my MK3S to a MK4 (and it's been printing near flawlessly for a month or two), and now I'm upgrading my MMU2->MMU3.  I've done the assembly, recalibrated the planetary gears, recalibrated the filament sensor, upgraded the MMU3 firmware (to 3.0.3), and recalibrated the FINDA sensor.  But now I don't see the "Filament" menu at all.

Furthermore, if I go into the "INFO->Sensors" menu, I do not see the FINDA sensor at all.  And when I look for the MMU3 firmware version, it shows up as "N/A".  Where might I have gone wrong with my build?

Thank you!

That is odd.  You may have to chat with tech support on this one. But one last check first. Disconnect all the cables between the MMU and the buddy board and reseat them.

If that does not work, that's all I've got.

stupid question, but did you enable the MMU in the MK4 settings section?

Not a stupid question, but yes I did enable the MMU in the settings. If I disable the MamU, the filament menu comes back.

So I reseated all the connections on the MMU board, and I think the daughter board was a bit loose.  That fixed the problem.   Thank you!
