How to Pull Motor Shaft from Pulley?

I missed a square nut that is needed to secure a frame holder to the pulley body.  I have removed all screws securing pulley motor to the body but the pulley at the end of the shaft will not allow me to pull the motor out.  Any ideas of how to pull the shaft out of the pulley safely?

Yes, we do! Follow the exact opposite of the assembly procedure!

I did the same thing... these tutorials are made by hastur the yellow. seriously why is it not like the tutorial for core one where all the nuts get installed all together at the beginning.

customer service says the solution is: "toss the unit into the trashcan and start saving for INDX... you fell for the prusa scam lol."

you have to buy a bunch of parts to fix what you've done because a lot is going to get destroyed trying to reverse the steps... like all of the heatsink collets that are $6 a piece. I can't believe that this company keeps the lights on with this "screw the customer first" business model selling products that the community does all the research to make work, and their only attempt at customer service is a open forum with other poor lost souls looking to chase their bad money with good. and they have the audacity to sell a extended warranty that doesn't cover anything.

full unit disassembly. restart.

multiple parts will be destroyed in this process.

you are better off buying a new kit and starting over entirely,  might as well wait for INDX.
