Filament gets stuck retracting during colour change
I have been able to print the multi colour prints that come on the usb stick with the MMU firmware. These completed perfectly.
Every time I try to print something I have used the paint tool on in Prusa slicer it fails during the colour change. It prints the first colour but during colour change it gets stuck coming out of the extruder, the end is melted and far too big to retract. It may be one of my settings as I know from the tests prints it works fine.
can anyone offer some advice please?

try file. import. import config from the prusa slicer menus, and use one of the pre sliced files to set up your prusa slicer configuration, then save the configuration as a custom configuration, on your PC. hopefully that will allow you to print painted models
