Copper sleeves slide out

The copper sleeves in the selector just slide out of the selector on the rods.  How do I keep the sleeves from sliding out?

RE:

my brass sleeves have always been tight in the selector, maybe try scoring the inside of the sleeve hole with a screwdriver, to raise a burr. would make the fit, tighter.

or perhaps using a soldering iron, to raise small blemishes,,,

or   strip a length of stranded wire and insert a couple of strands to cause an interference fit.

or reprint the selector, with a higher flow rate!

I ended up using super glue to hold the sleeves in.
