Can not fit the 5th cassette in the buffer

Upgraded mu MMU2S to MMU3S and I have a problem with the Buffer.

It seems like the hole for the cassettes are about 1mm to small and if I put four in I can not fit the fifth.

I was one of the first MMU2 users and I wonder if my sides are thicker.

Well I have redone the STL's to be a 1 mm wider and are reprinting now

I am not using the MMU3 buffer but this is just a holder issue, then scale the holder a few percentage points larger to fit as you said you are printing.  You will figure it out.

Weird your width problem, but the latest version of the buffer differs a lot, the pulley cassettes are different and they are positioned more outwards, see photo.

I have onw of the first MMU2 and it seems like my black plates are thicker than in newer versions. I made a 74mm wide version so I can fit the plates.

Mine also was one of the first for MMU2, but I never used it until today, I did not have any problems during printing and assembly.

My plates thickness is 1,5mm.
