Thanks!
This is exactly what I’m looking for! Thanks so much for all the info.
The amount of negative posts about the mmu almost turned me off to it. Figured I’ll try it myself and see.
MK3S+ (MMU2S but not yet installed)
Updated mod
Has anyone created an updated extruder pass-through mod (like https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/3676) for MK3S+? That one has an "R4" on it, which I think means it was designed for MK3S.
Mod
That is a fascinating mod. So, the window does not hinder the loading of filament?

RE: Successful MMU2S Modifications (re-upload)
How did you vertex extruder mod go? I'm think of going that way too. I've put an 8 way plug/socket in the cables so I can isolate and remove the Mmu2s. Can you use the new extruder without the Mmu2s? That's my idea, so I can remove it completely if it gets annoying 🙂
Cheers, Eric

Thanks for all the Tipps. Will print the pass through adapter for the tool head and adjust my ramming settings
RE: Successful MMU2S Modifications (re-upload)
I love the reliability and ease of use of the Original Prusa but I want to keep the MMU2S for occasional use/tinkering. A bypass switch is a nice solution.
RE: Successful MMU2S Modifications (re-upload)
The recent prusa webcast identified an mmu upgrade is undergoing testing
Hopefully it will be available soon regards joan

I applied the initial settings presented by Mathieu and it has been working great for Overture PLA. I'm now adjusting those settings to try and print PETG as well.
