Sure it is. You can find the schematics here: https://github.com/prusa3d/MM-control-2.0/blob/master/rev.03/MM-control.pdf

I would suggest to use 24V power supply and two DC/DC converters for 9V and 5V. Or only one DC/DC converter for 5V and use 5V pin on the arduino. But this is usually not advised.

have you successfully managed to control the MMU2S using an Arduino?

Because i got a different Printer but want to use the MMU2S only to switch manually the Filament.

or is it maybe possible to use it manually without an arduino?!?
