sequential printing, temperature support?

Does the MMU2 slic3r/firmware support

1) sequential printing of different material (ie, only one switch, first print a few items with filament 1 then a few items with filament 2)?

and/or

2) printing of material with different temperature (PLA + ABS, say) - so that it keeps the maximum temperature when purging?

Re: sequential printing, temperature support?

This is up to the slicer. Firmware is just doing what gcode is telling.

1. Printing two items with two different materials should work already. Do sequential printing and select different materials for different items. Print Settings -> Output options -> Sequential printing
But I tried in 1.41.1 and it doesn't work. with MMU2. Maybe a bug?

2. It does work but not really good. See the open issue https://github.com/prusa3d/Slic3r/issues/1339

So at least the intention is to support it, it's good.
