occasional issues with some kind of filament

Hello everyone,
I never have problem with some kind of regular filament, once I've found the right temperature. In this days, I'm printing very pretty filaments, by ALBITA-SHOP, twinkling colours. Print temp range is 190°-220°. I'm printing it at 205° and 25mm/s (I never go faster than 35mm/s), but the same object, almost at same height, clogs the nozzle a little bit and begins doing that famous "tac-tac-tac". But is not a big obstruction, in fact when I unscrew the two spring screws and open the right cover, I only have to pull the filament out easly: its tip is just a little bit bigger and solid that normal: bigger enough to stop extrusion and "solid" because, I mean, it doesn't leave any little "hairs" filament.
I've tried raising the temp to 210° or 215°, and also tried increasing the speed, but I can print a little more before get, again, this problem.
My question is: considering that the extrusion speed is equal to the print speed, is it only a matter of temp? What would you do?
Thanks a lot! And sorry for my bad english!

Re: occasional issues with some kind of filament

I've even seen this on clear filament. Just out of the blue something sticks in the nozzle and begins the blockade. I've used a microscope and the blocking material is even clear. Something in the filament mix that just doesn't melt.

That said... if the filament has ANY type of fill, it will eventually plug a nozzle. Particles will collect and thanks to the central limit theorem they will combine to form a bridge over the exit and block the flow. A cold pull is often the only way to clear the blockage; but sometimes and if you are lucky a higher temperature may loosen up the particles enough they flow out. But even if that works, there is always another particle ready to get stuck.
