MMU2 and ColorFabb nGen settings

Hi,

Are there anyone who care to share successfull Advanced settings and ramming settings for ColorFabb’s nGen filament.
I seem to get very stringy tips with the PET settings and this is blocking my FINDA and disrupting the unloading process

Thanks in advance. 😉

I tried and gave up. nGen is notorious for stringing. Colorfabbs PLA/PHA works much better. But even with that I am not at a success rate which I’d like to have.

Did you manage to get the nGen filament working? I have tried the settings in the single extruder setup which is 100 deg for the bed and 240 for the extruder. With this I am getting very stringy ends resulting in MMU errors. Should I look at lowering the temp and try that or is it more to do with the loading and unloading?

I havent concluded (decided to by a bulk of PLA). 🙂
But I do find that a lower temperature helps the stringing. The problem is that I need a higher temperature 230-235 to get proper adhesion between the layers...

All good ideas are welcome.
