Leaving a ball under extruder - soluble interface settings

Hello,

I'm trying to print out an object with soluble support. The object made from silver PLA, the support is from Esun PVA. Printing layers with silver is no problem, but as it changes to PVA it leaves a small PLA or PVA 'ball' under the extruder. Also I hardly print with PVA, it seems it's melting too much on 200°C however it's suggested working temp is 180-210°C. Maybe I should try another company's product?

Here is the 'ball' in the Wipe tower.

Is this using an MMU?  If so, need a moderator to slide this thread over to that forum.
