ESun PLA+ Filament Settings
Has anybody managed to get good filament tips with the ESun PLA+? I have a quite a few rolls, so have been trying to find settings that work, but can't seem to get rid of the stringy tips, which are leading to random MMU fails. I've adjusted cooling moves from 1 up to 4 and played around with the ramming settings (not 100% sure what I'm doing in there, wish there were more detailed instructions). I am able to get good tips and pretty successful prints with filaments like Prusament and Filamentum, but when printing with the ESun PLA+ it's frustrating required many user interventions.

Replying to track thread. I have this same issue.

What temp and unload at start speed are you using? Are you running ESun by itself or are you trying to use it while using other brands at the same time?
RE: ESun PLA+ Filament Settings
Two things played a roll in all but eliminating stringing with Amazon and Inland PLAs for me.
- Setting Unload speed at start to 120mm/s
- Reducing the drag on the filament as much as possible.
At this point the only time I have failures now is when a spool binds up for some reason (wrong tension on the auto rewinder, tangled spool, etc...)

That's where I'm at now. I've ordered the repbox2 and hope hanging that above and building my own buffer system on wall will fix the problem. I like the auto-rewind system but it hasn't been perfect for me.
I've also noticed when my home AC broke, I was stringing bad and jamming on every print. Once I got the environment balanced again, the stringing went completely away.
