ASA Prusament clogs

Hi, I am not able to print ASA Prusament without a clog.  It seems to be going fine, printing at 260 but about 10-15 minutes in, it starts clicking at the extruder and seems to clog.  However, when I heat the nozzle up and push filament through manually it seems to not be clogged and works ok.  Printing with PETG seems to be fine with the same setup, just have trouble with ASA.

Any advice?  Possible I have a bad roll?  Not sure what else to try.

RE: ASA Prusament clogs

Same with me! I gave up after removing / cleaning replacing the nozzle 3 times a few months ago.

I tried again this weekend; same result! I replaced the heaterblock and Hotend tube and reinstalled and got the same result.

I printed the same part with ABS before and after the ASA issues with no trouble. I'm done with ASA. I wish Prusa still made ABS. I just ordered some EasyABS.

I'm using a 0.4 steel nozzle. Could that matter?
