what do you make of this? (mmu2 controller acting up)

after any of the filaments load, it loads all fine but then. when its about to print, the ilder wheel in the mmu2 is still engaged. it might not be engaged all the way, but its still holding the filament tension.

but doing the fast load button (2) on the mmu2 it engages and disengages normal.

after a print is done (i cheated to get the filament to print) the idler disengages normally also.

 

so, ive reflashed the mmu firmware. no luck.

Im still trouble shooting, just looking for some input. i wish i could ponterface into it or something like that to see what it thinks its doing.   

made me some new G code for my classic single print tests.

got it.  the damned firmware had to be downgraded then upgraded.  at least i knew exactly what it was doing before asking the forum.

"load to nozzle" does the same thing.  that saves troubleshooting time
