Unexpected MMU2+ behavior

I've recently noticed some unusual behavior with my MMU2+. Sometimes it won't switch filaments properly or gets stuck during loading/unloading. Everything was working fine before and I haven't made any major changes to the setup.

I've rechecked the filament path and cleaned the mechanism, but the problem persists.

Is anyone else experiencing similar issues?

RE: Unexpected MMU2+ behavior

the filament sensor tower is quite fiddly and difficult to adjust. i would print the mk3 filament sensor tower and idler door, i think the stl's are inmmu3 printables page

I try to make safe suggestions,You should understand the context and ensure you are happy that they are safe before attempting to apply my suggestions, what you do, is YOUR responsibility. Location Halifax UK

Make sure your printer, MMU2+, and slicer profiles are up to date with the latest Prusa firmware and software versions.
