PTFE 4x2x19 Size problem 4 out of 5

I finished upgrading my MK3 to MK3s with MMU2s yesterday. Trying to run the first layer calibration and running into a problem with filament loading/unloading properly. I checked the gear alignment in the MMU2 and they look good but I just found out the problem. In the pic, the head or blob at the end of the filament isn't big at all... but big enough it can't clear the short PTFE (4x2x19) (in step 12). I confirmed they were oriented properly. When you look at the picture, it's not obvious, but you can see that 1 out of the 5 tubes is more translucent. This 1 tube is the only one that the filament can go through end to end (was in #2 whereas I was using #1 for my calibration). The other 4 are slightly too small inside, hence why they are slightly more opaque. I'm hoping the wording in this description is adequate because I'm confused a bit with all the parts name.

What are my options? I don't quite understand how to get actual support from Prusa for this kind of thing.

The various PTFE tubes causing issues appear to be a reoccurring theme...

For Support, log into the online shop and you should get a live chat option at the bottom right. Use that and they should be able to get you new tubes shipped out.

Alternatively, you could pick up some higher quality PTFE tube and cut your own. This is what I did for the tubes leading in and out of the buffer as well as between the MMU and extruder to help cut down on the drag issues I was having.

Thank you... I did contact them and they will send new PTFE tubes, I'm just hoping they are the correct version.
