MMU2S will not unload after firmware upgrade - 3.13.2 (3.01)
I have lost track of all the glitches that popped up in the last few firmware upgrades, so please forgive me and point me in the right direction.
I upgraded to 3.13.1 back in October and quickly rolled back to 3.13.0 after the MMU2S became non-functional. I decided to give 3.13.2 a try tonight. Upgrade went fine, filament loaded normally and the test print looks great. But, now, it will not unload. The MMU2S doesn't seem to be gripping the filament. Before I roll back yet again, anyone know the fix for this? I am going to reflash now just in case.

Rolling back fixed the problem, yet again. I think the inclusion of the MMU3 in the firmware broke something else. I'll stay on 3.12.2 and 1.06 for the foreseeable future, unless I decide to do the MMU3 upgrade.

Yeah this has been yet another issue for us recently on our Prusa machines. A configuration update in PS somehow led to us getting File Incomplete errors (they appear to print fine, but still) so we decided to try going forward on one machine (MK3S+ with MMU2S) rather than backwards on PS. So updated to 3.13.1 and 3.0.0. Issue after issue on a machine that has worked great for a couple years. Issues on loading filament. Issues on loading to nozzle. And issues on unloading. And no way to save prints. Only a Retry option. Which literally gives as a fraction of a second on retry before it fails again. There were no changes to our machines. Just to firmware.
We produce multiple items per day on our MMU2S machines. We just do not have time for the wave of issues we've had with our new MK4s and XL and now firmware issues. Very disappointed of late.
We will avoid updates on our older machines until it appears Prusa has figured these out. Hopefully rolling back can save this machine.

Well, I have moved onto the MK4 and I am very happy so far. Some products simply need to be retired after a period of time.
