MMU2s tool change with filament still at extruder
Hello everyone. Sorry if this has been asked but I don't have a lot of time to search the forums in the middle of the week and will likely forget to check by the weekend. Today I was trying to print a multi color part and noticed when I got home the print did not finish. Figured it was a unload fail however, when I checked all green and red LEDs were flashing. I used my allen key to hit the reset button on the unit and made sure the filament it wanted was not damaged. It started to print again and figured all was well. After I took my dog for a walk I got home to another fail. This time it did a tool change from 5 to 1 without retracting the filament at all. This is the second time in the past month I've seen this happen after an all LED flashing.
I suspected I had a loose wire on the Ensty board and have checked but all connectors seem solid. Once my printer cools down I'll have to restart the print but wanted to see if anyone else has seen this and can offer suggestions.
