Thank you in advance.  I am finding my MMU2s is grinding filament about once or twice an hour on multi material prints.  Some of the prints are changing material 3-5 times per layer.  I have included a picture.  My prints finish but I have to continually pull the filament out and cut out the filament that is ground down and then continue.  A 12 hour print takes 1 1/2 days to print.  This is grinding at the MMU2s and not the Extruder

Possibly too much friction in the filament path. The extruder with it's bondtec gears can handle some more friction than the MMU2. Depending of your setup (buffer, filament holder) you need to look for the parts that cause higher friction. Generally the pass through adaptor ( https://www.printables.com/model/6605-prusa-mmu2-ptfe-holder-m10-passthrough-adapter ) and higher ID PTFEs (2,5mm or 3.0mm) are a good place to start.

If at first you don't succeed, skydiving is not for you.
