MMU2S Finda Switching to N/A during Print Start

PrusaSlicker 2.5 latest firmware has been installed.  (MK3S+ with the MMU2S)

The units has been working fine since the latest PursaSlicker update.  My gcode is being read from the SD card.  I have had numerous successful prints over the last couple of days.

Now the filament will not load at the beginning of a print.  I am getting a "load error".  It does not matter which filament tool is used.  The finda probe is working properly.  The MMU will let me load the filament without an error.

Once the print has been started, the sensor screen is showing the finda probe is switching to N/A and does not starting feeding the filament to the extruder.

Any help with this issue is appreciated.

RE:

The sensor should normally display 0 or 1. If it does not, it is either defective or there is a broken wire or a loose contact.

I don't think this is related to the slicer software. Does the red LED in the rear area of the sensor light up?

Karl

The Red light on the sensor is lighting up when there is no filament present.  The light is turning off when the filament is pushing up the ball bearing.

I am wondering if it is software related as the sensor seems to behave properly when executing the load command for all of the filament paths of the MMU.

Solution found.  I should have seen this much sooner.  Most of my MMU issues are related to the filament sensor on the extruder and this one is not different.  I reset the sensor on the extruder and everything is working properly.  Thanks for the help!
