MMU2 Single filament errors can't be reset, regardless of what you try!!!
I've reported this before, but I'm now at the end of my tether and the MMU2 is going in the bin. Whenever there's an issue with the MMU2, usually during unloading, it's all but impossible to clear the fault. The software won't load the filament regardless of what I try. It can take me half an hour of messing about trying different things, and eventually it will load... until the next time.
I've tried turning off the power, pressing reset, unloading the filament, loading a different filament, pushing the filament through to the extruder, pressing the MMU2 reset button more times than i care to remember.
Frankly, the MMU2 software is garbage, and I'm heartily sick of it. I don't give up easily, I've been trying to figure out how to fix it for years now, but enough it enough. I was told that the MMU2 software was being rewritten, but I can't see any sign of that.
I can't be the only one being driven mad by this issue, so why isn't it getting fixed? Anyway, i'm done suffering, I'm going back to a single reel because I've wasted what must add up to days on this issue.
