What version of firmware did you upgrade from and to ?

Was it the printer firmware or the MMU2 firmware ?

3.11.0 for both my mk3s and the mmu2. I reinstalled both a second time just incase there was some corruption.

I have been running 3.11 and 1.06 since it was released without any problems.

Next steps:

Check to see if the FINDA sensor is working correctly using the sensor menu.   A problem with the sensor can prevent the selector from moving.

Also try wiggling the cable to see if there is an intermittent fault in sensors cable.

Check the connectors for the selector and FINDA cable on the controller board.

If the above doesn't resolve the problem then contact support via chat.

I don't know why, it seemed clean, but blowing out the finda seems to have worked. Thanks
