MMU gets stuck with firmware 3.7.1

I updated a cople of days ago to the new firmware (3.7.1) and at the begining everything was going fine but after some hours of print the MMU got blocked and the printed ask for user support.
I notice in those cases it was not a filament problem (MMU was able to move freely the filaments) so I finished restarting the MMU. At this point, the print continues and MK3s shows a filament number in the screen but MMU loads a different filament (the one in the selector position when I restarted it).
I saw a copule of issues here:
1 - Why MMU gets stuck if filament can move freely?
2 - Why MMU is not checking the selector position after a restart? (I think it was done in previous versions)
I suppose the second one is something that needs to be fixed in the firmware.
Any idea around why the MMU gets stuck?
