MK3S rebooting when MMU2S loads

All of a sudden my printer is rebooting the second that the MMU2S goes to load the filament. A couple of times in a row, it decided to move the selector even though the filament was already loaded. Due to the face that the blade completely sucks, it resulted in some badly jammed filament.

In its current state I can’t print anything. The second I start, it tries to load filament and then the whole printer reboots.

Does anyone know what is up with it?

Also I should mention that the three sensors seem to be functioning perfectly in the test mode.

I re-flashed the firmware for both the printer and the MMU2S. It is no longer rebooting, now it is simply refusing to load. I'll post other more specific issues.

@farina

I had the same problem pretty recently, I fixed it by manually adjusting each filament sensor to make sure I was never getting incorrect readings. I got pretty frustrated with the issue and tried the self-test like you mentioned, but that doesn't make sure that your sensor is set correctly. the ends of the filament are usually thicker than the middle, and this can cause the MMU2 to see the filament initially and send it to the nozzle, but freak out when the two sensors show different results which can be the cause of the restarts.
