Lumpy purge block
Hi all, my prints are printing well (at 205c) but I'm having issues with my purge blocks. They are 'lumpy' meaning they either get knocked off the bed or I get crash detections. Why and how can I fix?

I'm wondering if part of the issue is that the hot nozzle sits on the purge block as it changes filament? It 'cracks' as it moves away from it after a re-load.
