Linux: detect if serial device has printer/mmu connected
On Linux how could I detect if a serial device is connected to the printer?
The same for the MMU.
I'm asking because I have both the printer and the MMU connected to a RPi and I was trying to update the firmwares, but since I had no way to know which was which I accidentally tried to flash the printer with the MMU firmware. (It didn't like that and complained very loudly).
So the next time I'd rather first check and make sure I'm trying to flash the correct item 😉
