Incorrect Printer Type (sometimes) after Firmware Upgrade on MMU2S and Mk3S+

I upgraded the firmware on my MMU2S and Mk3S+ to the latest and have the latest version of Prusa Slicer with the latest profiles.  After upgrade I ran the Config Wizard and basically started Prusa Slicer Profile from scratch again.  Every now and then I get an Incorrect Printer Type Error after a print starts the first layer.  I can try the same print gcode a few times and sometimes it prints fine with no error.  If I disable the MMU and try the same gcode file I get the message saying the code is for a different printer but if I tell it to proceed it prints fine every time.

Before I open a ticket with Prusa does anyone else have this behaviour?  If it happened all the time I'd be looking at an incorrect config in Prusa Slicer but it's a random error.
